Tanjung Bulat Jungle Camp is far unique from other lodges in kinabatangan is because this jungle camp is totally own and operated by the local people come from the river people tribe. Coming to TBJC means supporting the local community product as well. Beside that TBJC also situated in a very isolated place in Kinabatangan river compare to other lodges, for example, if you go to the other part of kinabatanga river lodges, 1 monkey will be 10-15 boat watching, but in TBJC, 1 monkey only 1 boat, which is US. We also implement NO MASS TOURIST policy in our jungle camp, which means, in a moment we only allowed 12 traveler maximum to come to our simple and basic jungle camp yet special. This is because we want to give such an authentic privilege for our clients. We also, implement our conservation project called rainforest carbon offset project (tree planting), some of your money we get, we will invest it back to environment by buying tropical seedlings from the local community.
Itinerary
Day 1: Sepilok Orang Utan To Rainforest Discovery Centre Night Walk
Stop At: Sepilok, Sepilok, Sandakan Division, Sabah
– Pick up at your respective hotel at 0800hrs. We highly recommend you to choose hotel nearby sepilok area. Hotel will be under guest own accounts.
– At 9am tour around sepilok orang utan rehab centre until 10:45am
– At 11am proceed to Proboscis monkey sanctuary for touring until 12pm. Lunch will be under guest own accounts.
– At 1pm touring around Sun bear conservation centre until 2:30pm. After touring at Sun bear, Get back to your respective hotel, will highly recommended to choose hotel nearby sepilok area. Free and leisure.
– At 5:30pm pick up from your respective hotel, and proceed to Rainforest Discovery Centre for Night Walk tour until 8pm. Here, the guides and ranger from Rainforest Discovery Centre staff will bring you for the walk. Dinkner will be under guest own accounts.

Day 2: Afternoon Wildlife River Cruise To Night Wildlife River Cruise
Stop At: Tanjung Bulat Jungle Camp, Jalan Bukit Garam Kg. Sinar jaya Kinabatangan, Pekan Kota Kinabatangan, 90200 Bukit Garam, Sabah, Malaysia
– Pick up time at your respective hotel will be 12pm. A journey to jungle camp might take 2 and half hours both car drive and boat ride. Lunch will be guest under own accounts.
– At 4:30pm, go for the afternoon Wildlife River Cruise until 6pm. Dinner will be served at 7pm.
– At 8pm, go for the night wildlife river cruise until 9pm. Overnight at Tanjung Bulat Jungle Camp
– Generator will be switch on from 6pm until 10pm daily.

Day 3: Morning Wildlife River Cruise To Afternoon Wildlife River Cruise
Stop At: Tanjung Bulat Jungle Camp, Jalan Bukit Garam Kg. Sinar jaya Kinabatangan, Pekan Kota Kinabatangan, 90200 Bukit Garam, Sabah, Malaysia
– Wake up at 6:15am at least. The boat will depart for morning wildlife river cruise at 6:30am until 8am.
– Breakfast will be served at 8:15am.
– Day jungle walk at 10am until 11am. Lunch will be served at 12:30pm.
– After lunch go for the gomantong cave tour.
– At 4:30pm, go for the afternoon wildlife river cruise until 6pm.
– Dinner will be served at 7pm. Overnight at TBJC.
– Generator will be switch on from 6pm until 10pm daily.

– Breakfast will be served at 8am
– Check out time from jungle camp will be 9am.
– If guest want to add tour, guest can buy the morning wildlife river cruise tour for 1 hour with only MYR40 Per person only.
